If fitting is part of the job, we’ll confirm measurements, access, and what’s involved before anything is ordered. No guesswork or vague assumptions.

You’ll get a straightforward outline of what’s included, what’s optional, and what lead times look like. If anything changes, we’ll flag it early.

Organise fitting where required
For bathroom refits, shower screens and splashbacks, fitting can be arranged and coordinated as part of the job. For tiling and wooden flooring, we supply the products and can recommend trusted local fitters, or work with your own, so quantities and finishing details are right before work begins.

Stone worktops and vanity tops
If you need a stone worktop for a kitchen or bathroom, we can organise it through our sister company, Timoney Stone. Templating, fabrication and fitting are handled by their team.
A quick word on tiling and flooring
We supply tiles and wooden flooring and help you choose them properly, but we don’t keep tilers or flooring fitters in-house. What we do have is choice: over 500 tile and wood flooring options in our Enniskillen showroom, with straightforward advice on what suits each room.
Many customers already have a tiler or floor fitter that they trust, and we’re happy to work alongside them. If you don’t, we can share details for trusted local tilers and flooring fitters we’ve worked with across Enniskillen and Fermanagh for years. You choose who you use, and we’ll make sure the specification, quantities, trims and finishing details are clear before work starts so the job runs smoothly.
What to bring to the showroom
A quick visit is often enough to make real progress if you bring one or two of these:

Do we need to have everything chosen before we call in?
No. A few photos and a rough idea of what you like is plenty. We can help you tighten it up.
Can fitting be arranged?
For bathrooms, flooring, shower screens and splashbacks, fitting can be arranged and coordinated. Tiles are supplied and we can help you line up a tiler.
Do you supply and fit bathrooms?
Yes. We have an in-house bathroom refit team, so we can take care of the job from planning and product choice through to fitting and finishing.
Do you fit tiles?
No. We supply tiles from our Enniskillen showroom and help you choose the right specification. For installation, you can use your own tiler or we can recommend trusted local tilers we’ve worked alongside across Fermanagh.
Do you fit wooden or wood-effect flooring?
No. We supply flooring, including solid wood, engineered wood and laminate, and we can recommend trusted local flooring fitters, or work with the fitter you already use.
Can you recommend a tiler or flooring fitter in Fermanagh?
Yes. We can share details for trusted local tilers and flooring fitters we’ve worked alongside across Enniskillen and Fermanagh. You’re also welcome to use your own.
Do you cover areas outside Enniskillen?
Yes, we work across Fermanagh and can / have support projects further afield.
Can I use my own plumber or tradesperson?
Yes. Many customers already have someone they trust. We’re happy to work alongside them and make sure the product spec, quantities and finishing details are right.
Do you provide measuring for shower screens and splashbacks?
Yes. Made-to-measure shower screens and splashbacks are measured once the space is ready, then produced to suit. We’ll talk you through what needs to be finished before measuring.
How do I work out how many tiles I need?
If you bring measurements, we’ll calculate quantities for you, including cuts and a sensible allowance for spares.
Can you help with slip ratings and suitability for wet areas?
Yes. We’ll guide you on slip ratings, surface texture and what works best for bathrooms, utility rooms and entrances.
Do you supply underfloor heating?
We do not supply underfloor heating but we can advise on tile choices that suit underfloor heating and coordinate around your installer.
Do you keep tiles in stock?
Yes. We keep a wide range of tiles in stock in our Enniskillen showroom, and we can also source additional ranges to order if you’re after something specific.
What are typical lead times?
Tiles are often available from stock, depending on the range and quantity. Most bathroom suites are ordered in, so lead times vary by supplier. We’ll check availability at the start, confirm an expected delivery date, and flag any longer lead items before you place an order.
Do you deliver across Fermanagh?
Yes, delivery can be arranged.
Do you offer stone worktops as part of a bathroom or kitchen project?
Yes. Worktops and vanity tops can be organised through Timoney Stone, with templating, fabrication and fitting handled by our team.
