3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on this website are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Prices displayed online do not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to treat. If a pricing discrepancy occurs, we reserve the right to correct errors before processing any order.
Payments must be made in full before goods are dispatched or collected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by third-party couriers or supply chain delays.
Customers must inspect items upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

Check your order upon receipt. Please inspect your goods upon delivery to ensure they match your order. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues once products have been fitted.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and in full boxes (applies to tiles and packed flooring).
Handling/administration charge applies to returned goods.
Batch variances may affect credit eligibility. Due to variations in tile and stone batches, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange if a product differs from a later purchase.
Custom stone products (e.g., bespoke worktops, splashbacks, etc.) are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
